Lularides is a driver and rider training business. We are looking for a Driver Support Agent to manage the performance and attendance of our drivers in Wynberg, Gauteng. Most of the work is done by phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
What you will do:
- Call and WhatsApp drivers daily about their shifts, attendance and performance
- Track driver time and attendance, including late starts and absences
- Follow up on missed shifts and poor performance, and record the outcome
- Keep driver performance and attendance records up to date
- Give drivers feedback, reminders and updates clearly and respectfully
- Report problems and trends to management every week
This role suits someone who is organised, firm but friendly and good on the phone. You need a matric certificate, good communication skills and computer literacy (email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets). Experience in transport, driver management or a call centre is an advantage.
Full-time, based in Wynberg. Pay is market related.
