Call Centre Agent

Pay: R5 000 – R7 000 per month

Lularides is a driver and rider training business. We are looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our team in Wynberg, Gauteng.

What you will do:
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and emails from learners, drivers and the public
- Make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries
- Give clear and correct information about our training courses
- Capture caller details and notes accurately on the computer
- Book, confirm and reschedule training sessions
- Pass complaints and difficult queries on to the right person
- Meet daily call and service targets

This role suits someone who is friendly, patient and speaks clearly. You need a matric certificate, good spoken and written English and basic computer skills. Other South African languages and call centre or customer service experience are an advantage.

Full-time, based in Wynberg. Pay is R5 000 – R7 000 per month, depending on experience.
